If you submit your cancellation request for your car rental reservation on the date you made the reservation, your payment will be fully refunded.
If your rental is less than 24 hours before the purchase time, a refund will be made by deducting the 2-day rental fee for paid reservations.
If the number of days of your reservation is less than 2 days, there is no refund.
If you submit your cancellation request via the e-mail address to which your reservation information and reservation form are sent, together with your reservation number, your cancellation and refund process will be initiated.
Verbal cancellation and refund requests are not accepted.
