Provision and Payment
In car rental, the renter must have a valid credit card in their name. In addition to the rental fee, a block is placed on the credit card for an amount that varies depending on the vehicle group.
The renter must have a credit card in their own name to rent a car. Unfortunately, car rental is not possible using someone else's credit card.
For reservations made on our website, there are two options: "Pay Now" and "Pay Later." "Pay Now" prices are discounted, provided the reservation is made at least 24 hours in advance. You can pay with your credit card to benefit from the discount. With the "Pay Later" option, you can pay in cash or by credit card when you pick up your rental car.
After returning the rental car, the provision amount is automatically refunded to your credit card within a maximum of 29 days.
Invoices are issued after the car rental process is completed. Invoices are sent to the email address you provided at the start of the rental.
